Manufacturing
From design to component
Whether a single functional part or a small batch: we print what you need, from your data or from our own design. It is not just about the shape, but about a part that holds up in everyday use.
- Prototypes and functional samples you can hold and test
- Custom brackets, enclosures and spare parts
- Small batches with consistent quality
- Advice on material and design: we recommend the filament that suits your load, temperature and environment
Materials by application
Prototypes and everyday use
PLA · PETG
Easy to process and dimensionally stable. For models, samples, brackets and parts without high temperatures or continuous load.
Technical and heat-resistant
ABS · ASA
Impact-resistant and more heat-tolerant. ASA is also UV- and weather-resistant, which makes it suitable for enclosures and outdoor parts.
High-strength and rigid
CF filaments
Reinforced with carbon fibre, for example PETG-CF or PA6-CF. Very stiff at low weight, for jigs, holders and load-bearing parts.
Tough and wear-resistant
PA6 (Nylon)
Tough, abrasion-resistant and durable under load. For gears, sliding parts, bearing points and parts under continuous mechanical stress. PA6 absorbs moisture, so it is processed dry.
Flexible and shock-absorbing
TPU
Rubber-like and elastic. For seals, dampers, protective caps and grips.
